If there is any D.O.A. it has to be informed to us within 24 hours after the arrival.

Under normal flights / shipment condition our records is more than 98% survival on arrival at destination airport.
Any mortality happened on the way if less than 5% must be accepted by consignee.

Complain is only received within 24 hours after the shipment arrival. Any shipment without news in 24 hours after the arrival to shipper must be accepted well by consignee.
