Mr. Wei Ciang is the founder and heart of the company. He manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives. Furthermore, he oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company. His endless hard work has made Leopard Aquatic achieve what the company has in the present day. With his leadership and wisdom, he always become the role model for all the staff. To ensure the quality, he never hesitate to supervise the fish by himself. It is his love of fish and nature that becomes the foundation of Leopard Aquatic. 

Graduated from RMIT University with Bachelor of business in Finance and Economic degree, Mr. Theo direct and control the companys operations and to give strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives. Moreover, he also become the key person when communicating with present and future customers. Speaking 4 languages (English, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian) and deep understanding about fish make him the right person to head the marketing department and Research and Development department. 

Mrs. Tifanny always be the person who responsible for the companys long-term financial health and growth. She oversees accounting operations, produce accurate reports on where money is going within the business and improve or change current practices to increase efficiency. She is in charge of leading and managing all finance functions within an organization. She supports managing director and CEO on all business reviews, manage budgets across multiple departments and forecast future needs using a long-term planning process to make informed decisions that improve company performance. 

Dannys dedication and loyalty is no doubt. He has been known as the person of value and the symbol of commitment. His high level of responsibility always inspires not only colleagues but always business partners.  He develops, implements, and periodically evaluates a system to ensure that the company production operations, from receiving fish, quarantine, treating to shipping fish, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the company.

Mrs. Sandra is the important person that always ready to look for the best items in the market. Her amazing experiences throughout the last decades in the field is the key factor that makes her able to source the highest quality items.

Mr. Julius is the key person who make sure that everything run as smooth as the plan. He oversees operational activities at every level of the company. He also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. His cheerful personality always "break the ice" and create comfortable working environment for everybody. 

He supervises staff and oversees fish quarantine and shipping procedures to ensure that Leopard Aquatic fish meet the quality standards. He also works with marketing department to ensure the arrival of the fish meet the customers needs and standard. Mr. Yobi high standard of quality is one of the key factors that the company is able to supply high quality of fish continuously.

Ms. Sonia oversees all support and documentation work within a company. She supervises day-to-day office activities, coordinate clerical tasks, and lead teams of administrative officers. She also works with management and support staff to assess and improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
